A rework for Elder Titan (rigth now play with him solo is somewhat difficult) and maybe one for Sniper to make him less boring.
A evasion item for Int carries. Right now the only evasion items are Radiance, Solar Crest, Butterfly and Heaven's Halberd (I think). HH and SC are mainly picked by position 3, 4 or 5, Radiance is not a good item for heros like OD or Invoker and while Butterfly can be picked by them (I tend to build it on OD) they do not get the full benefits from the item. Hell, even Str carries don't have a high tier evasion item.
I'd love to see a mid-game item, on the tier of Aether Lens or Dragon Lance, that increases the duration of DoT and channelling spells by some amount. We've already got cooldown reduction and cast range increase, so this seems the next logical step!
I personally think this should be the INT based Sange/ Yasha, requiring a Staff of Wizardry/ Null Talisman and recipe to create, but that's just me. I also think it should be called Ostinato. Cause it makes people hold the same pattern for longer. :D

Buffs: Doom: Doom cooldown reduced from 125 to 120/110/100 Bristleback: Quill Spray AOE from 625 to 800. Aghs Goo aoe from 600 to 800. Bristleback side reduction increased from 8/12/16/20% to 12/18/24/30%. Pugna: Life Drain will now restore Pugna or his ally’s mana as well if they have over 95% health. Life Drain when used to heal will now do pure damage ignore magic immunity to Pugna, allowing him to heal allies full values regardless of his magic resistance. Axe: BAT from 1.7 to 1.9 (nerf). Armor increased by 3 from 1.8 to 4.8. Battle Hunger mana cost from 75 to 40. Culling Blade mana cost from 60/120/180 to 60/90/120. Shadow Demon: Armor increased by 2 to 4.52. Troll Warlord: Base damage increased by 7. Aghs upgrade, increases battle trance duration from 5 to 9, and grants it to allied units in a 1000 AOE. Phantom Assassin: No one has any idea what to do with this hero. Sniper: Headshot slow duration increased from 0.5 to 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9. Shrapnel charge restoration from 55 to 60/55/50/45. Techies: Remote mine damage from 300/450/600/750 to 400/550/700/850. Leshrac: Base strength increased from 16 to 21. Aghs upgrade changed, now granting a second independent pulse nova instead of a stronger one. Silencer: Aghs upgrade replaced, now adds a 30% slow to Global Silence instead of applying arcane curse. Phantom Lancer: Doppelganger cooldown rescaled from 25/20/15/10 to 28/21/14/7. Juxtapose illusion chance from 8 to 12%. Illusions now all take 100% damage, but die when a reciprocal percentage of their old “damage taken” is met (like 500% damage illusions dying once they lose 20% of their current hp). Storm Spirit: Electric Vortex no longer slows Storm. Storm now gains a stacking 10% movespeed buff for each static remnant that is there. Terrorblade: Aghs upgrade added, upgrades Reflection so that the illusions all gain attack modifiers from passives, items, and orbs (if the caster had them on autocast when reflection was cast). Bonus IAS and Damage from items is not granted to the reflections. Winter Wyvern: Aghs upgrade added, makes the main target vulnerable to enemies, and increase the attack speed bonus from 100 to 250. Rubick: Null Field values rescaled from 5/10/15/20 to 8/12/16/20.
Nerfs: Invoker: Tornado no longer purges, EMP no longer steals mana, only destroys it. Cast point on all spells increased from 0 to 0.05. Zeus: Static Field now deals reduced damage to illusions, no longer exposing them instantly. Thundergod’s Wrath cast point from 0.4 to 0.7.
Outworld Devourer: Arcane Orb no longer deals bonus damage to units, INT steal reduced from 2/3/4/5 to 1/2/3/4. Chaos Knight: Chaos Strike armor reduction rescaled from 5 to 3/4/5/6. Spectre: Haunt illusions are now visibly different. Dispersion no longer interacts with pure damage, not reducing or reflecting it at all. Enchantress: Impetus mana cost from 55/60/65 to 60/80/100. Sven: Storm Hammer stun now scales from 2 to 1/1.5/2/2.5 Omniknight: Repel cooldown from 14 to 20. Fortune’s End can now target Repelled units directly. Faceless Void: Time Dilation no longer has an attack speed slow, and cast point increased from 0.1 to 0.3. Lone Druid: AGI gain from 2.7 to 2.3.
Tweaks: Kunkka: Armor increased by 3 to 4.96, base damage increased by 8. X marks the spot and the rum buff from Ghost ship are now purgable. Lifestealer: Rage reworked, but attack speed is still present. No longer grants magic immunity, instead grants 70/80/90/100 magic resist, and applies a strong dispel on Naix every 0.1 seconds for its duration. He gains magic immunity if he channels however. Arc Warden: Divine Rapier and Gem of True Sight are no longer copied by Tempest Double. Base armor increased from 0 to 2. Base damage increased by 10. AGI gain from 1.5 to 2.5. Spark Wraith activation delay from 3 to 2 and mana cost from 100/110/120/130 to 60/70/80/90. Magnetic Field cooldown from 50 to 30.
I think mkb needs a nerf because it is the best carry item at the moment. Even on carries that doesn't benefit from it have an advantage to buy it when there is a little bit of evasion in the enemy team.
The item is just way too good at the moment and should be reduced to an item that should only be build in real mkb situations. I mean I buy it almost always above Daedalus just for in case someone in the enemy team would get evasion.

Dagon isn't quite the INT based Sange and Yasha: the recipe is more expensive. Plus in my head, Ostinato can be paired with Sange, Yasha, or both, to create various stat combination weaponry.

Partial if not total rework on Elder Titan, and a bit of rework on Pudge.
Give Windranger the Nerf Hammer that FV and TB got, because I never want to see her in the meta again unless she gets a complete rework. (maybe not deserved but I definitely have a deep hatred for Windrunner and feel like she is too strong and has an extremely cheap playstyle)
Funny how you say you want a nerf on Overwhelming Odds. I agree that it is a strong spell but than people will always do the 0-4-4 build and stay taking stats before the nuke. Pls don't nerf, I want my pubs to be decent.

Something like the Slark's ability? (don't remeber the name rigth now) Also, he gains magic inmunity if he channels what? A TP scroll? Didn't get the point, sorry.
Also, I hope Sven doesn't get nerfed into oblivion, he is one of my favorite heros and I will hate see him being destroyed and sended into trash tier along with my beloved Bloodseeker and Phantom Assassin
