Now I don't think I would be far off if I felt like clinkz and wind ranger weren't too far off in the spectrum of heroes. Both push, escape.

The cost of a refresh is 375 mana.... that is more mana cost then all of clinkz' skills combined... so if a clinkz actually pulls off having enough mana for another Q cast for a tower push then why shouldn't the ability stack the attack speed on his Q for example...

Maybe this could be an argument for heroes who don't get the perk of scepter.

If you're going to implement something like this at least make it Upgraded Refresher Orb, Like BoTs. But the recipe again.

K. upgraded Refresher Orb. 5 Iron Branches (because they are the most broken mystical item. 5 to lay them down in a pentagramm and orb in the middle. Those are 6 items and they can therefore be split into two triangles which represents the illuminati whose holy force we summon to call upon the holy might to use the doubled Chemical Rage.
