-Omniknight: Guardian Angle can no longer be dispelled.
-Skywarth mage:
Agahnim's scepter now reduces Mystic Flare mana cost from 300/575/800 to 200/300/400(do not reduce cd to 0) and reduce Ancient Seal cd from 14 to 8.
-Winter Curse now allow main target to take damage if he is alone.
-Troll Warlord's base damage increases by 10 and he can gain 15/20/25/35 attack damage for 5 seconds after he activates W in mele form(vanish if change to range within 5 seconds).
-Phantom lancer intelligence per level increases from 2 to 4,2
-Clinz's Strafe attack speed changes from 130 all levels to 80/90/110/130 but reduce cd from 40/35/30/25 to 36/32/28/24
-Spectre:Desolate from illusions get 50% damage reduction,illusions no longer have dispersion,spectre has 1,5/1,5/2 seconds delay to activate Reality after using Haunt.
-Slark base armor increases from 2 to 8 and Base health increases from 549 to 650 but Q reduces dust effect time from 12 to 2 seconds,not remove dust.Movements speed increases gradually within 2s after out of sight.
-Invoker Sun Strike damage reduces by distance 600 range from Invoker to affected point,to a minimum of 60%.
Cold snap has a maximum number of ministunts triggered:6
Forge Spirits total armor reduction maximum is 4-12 base on Exort level
-Tiny:
Avalanche mana cost rescale from 120 to 110/120/135/145 cd 17->15 seconds.
Toss:Grap a random,creeps priority,not nearest unit within 250 AOE,mana cost rescale from 120 to 110/120/130/140.
Craggy Exterior: has chance to stun 10% at all levels,but can be activated to gain 5 seconds with 35% chance,100/150/200 mana.
-Centaur Warrunner:
Take half damage from Double Edge

Your Slark change is pretty extreme. a 650 hp hero with 8 armor which deals good damage and can escape. That is just way too strong.

Spectre changes are also pretty extreme. 1.5 or 2 sec delay to use reallity seems pretty akward. Because your illusions may be dead already.

Troll his base damage increased by 10 makes him way too good. 10 damage in melee form only would be more considerable. The extra damage from the w will make him way to har hitting. A level 7 troll would do 10+35 more damage than now. That is alot for so early in the game.

The int gain on pl changes nothing. He gets barely use out of it, just some more Spirit Lance harrash, yet he would still have the same struggles as he has now. It's a nothing meaning buff that would only make him weaker against Nyx Assassin and Anti-Mage in my eyes.

I don't think that these changes are viable for dota and are more some frustration you had in your games.

but no, invoker doesn't need any more nerfs or buffs, i believe he is in a pretty sweet position right now.

-Phantom lancer still struggles,but he can rush quickly diffusal blade without having to buy tp boost or drum of endurance because the mana regen and mana pool is much bigger,he can stay in lane to farm with only ring of aquila and doesn't have to back fountain for mana.
The problem of PL is that he farms slowly with no sustain,he must get a lot of kills to be stronger,can't out farm antimage or Alchemist or many others heroes,He's much like Spetre.
-Spectre:the delay time is not extreme 1/1,5/2,so people can counter an ult that can get to anyone anywhere anytime,illusions with tanky item and dispersion.
-Troll Warlord is definitely a hard carry,have to go safe lane,but he need many item to be effective,think about it,a helm to farm easier,a sange and yasha to chase,blink for gap closer,bkb very important,much like Sven right?But look at Sven:can farm quickly,much more easier to get kills with stunt,splash,and absurd damage.Troll high AS but damage is't nearly 100 wtf.Then what is the point of being so weak at early and still cant be more effective than Sven at 4 items marked.
-Slark is stronger but the thing that make him strong is that he can so easily escape after getting dust or being seen,the movement speed regains slowly will do the nerf.

If you get your Dust of Appearance purged by Dark Pact, then you messed up horribly. This shouldn't happen, ever.

You're supposed to wait until Slark uses his Shadow Blade, and *only then* use dust. Never anything else. If you do this, he can't use his Q otherwise he breaks his own shadowblade and becomes visible anyways.

If someone dusts a visible Slark, gets his dust purged and the Slark shadowblades away, then the guy misplayed horribly, and it's all on him for not knowing the mechanics.

Slark can purge dust, but it's completely and utterly useless against any competent player. No reason to change that.
