Razor is more of an anti carry if you want to put it that way. You exist to ruinate the life of the enemy carry and you can also push quite well.
Phantom Lancer and Phantom Assassin are a bit situational being either mid game fighters or late game carries. Pa usually ends up building for mid game as there are so many Monkey King Bars out there so she needs to end rather quickly.

I think a full farmed pl is still pretty scary and deserves a mention.
PA is so hard countered by MKB and the best viable Option is to play her as a semi-carry.

Most picked would likely be spectre and sven hands down
