You may want to reword your sentences. "Never just right click" and "I can constantly auto-cast" doesnt really work together in one sentence.

Yes, Poison Attack is still great for kiting, but it doesn't pierce BKB. And the damage is.. okay I suppose, but keep in mind that most of his damage comes from Nethertoxin, so late game most times you won't be able to dish out the Nethertoxin damage.

But Soul Booster costs 3200. Until you manage to get this kind of money, you will be in serious trouble - there's a reason why even the most skilled players begins games with cheap efficient items such as Iron Branchs and builds Ring of Aquila and such. You won't be left alone to farm all of that big chunk items and if you lose the money over and over again you're done.

Unscathed: I'm not saying Corrosive Skin is going to be a huge part of life steal but it is still there where you in a big battle especially because I initiate a lot of the team fights. And I never just right click. After 30 mins into the fight I have so much mana I can constantly auto-cast Poison Attack.

Viper lategame is a tanky single-target kiter. Thats it.

Honestly dont see the point in Octarine Core. Do you know how much it lifesteals? 25% off of heroes. GL making Corrosive Skin lifesteal relevant. The CD reduction isnt much needed with Aghanim's Scepter. Honestly refresher orb] is a thousand times better because it lets you kite 2 heroes at once. Theres also [[heart of tarrasque.

Moon Shard is meh, your right click will be weak (in terms of damage) eventually because youre not going to get the peak Nethertoxin damage since most heroes at late game will be too tanky to fall to your Viper Strike+Right Click combo alone.

Just build him as a tanky utility hero with Mekansm+blademail+ Black King Bar+ Heart of Tarrasque (Maybe Aghanim's Scepter or Sange and Yasha somewhere) and you'll be fine.

But but... with this build don't you have mana problems in the early to mid game, since you have no mana regen?
