As you only see this Item when somebody is building a bloodstone, is this Item viable on any hero as a core item? Someone who is squishy, needs a bit of mana regen and some sustain? Is it gold efficient?

I have been thinking that like a lot.
Maybe for supports, but...
-You need utility items to make impact (force, euls, etc..)
-RAW stats isnt usuallt that good. Aghs, atos, they gave stats but also gave utility
-The price is too high for a support. (Complete luxury)
