Rakr*** is normal to quick evolution in the harshness of the Jungle
Everytime Rakr*** damages an enemy, he evolves.
Attack Speed: 1%/2%/3%/4%
Movement Speed: 1%/2%/3%/4%
Physical Resistance: 1%/2%/3%/4%
Poison DoT: 3/6/12/15
Max Stacks: 1/2/3/4
Poison Duration: 3/6/9/10
Duration: 10/12/13/15
[Each 5 Damage Instances = 1 stack]
[Stacks Have Its Own Cooldown]
[R] - Jungle's Wrath
Type: Magical
Channel - 2 seconds
Range: 500
Rakr*** shoots out his tongue, and ravages his victim
Rakr*** shoots out his tongue, and leaps on his victim suppressing them for 2 seconds and dealing damage, afterwards Rakr*** goes invisible for 5 seconds he can use abilities without breaking the invisibility.
Aghanims Scepter - Adds the ability called 'Mucus Trap'
Damage: 200/300/400
Mana Cost: 150
Cool Down: 60
[T] - Mucus Trap
Rakr*** lays a covering of mucus on the ground, if an enemy steps on it, it damages them and roots them for 1 second.
It also allows Rakr*** (if he is in a 1000 range) to appear behind the enemy.
Damage: 200
Root: 1 second
Cool Down: 10
Mana Cost: None
Extra Information
Q - Works much like Tiny's Toss but mini-stuns when they hit the ground and they are thrown up on the spot.
W - Takes 1 second for the target to reach Rakr***, Works like Pudge's Meat Hook
E - Can be Purged, The Posion can stack up to 4 times so a maximum damage of 120/240/480/600 DoT doesnt affect. Like Warpath with the stacks having there own cool down.
R - Cannot be purged, but if Rakr*** is stunned or silenced the suppress ends, but Rakr*** goes invisible.
[T] - Also grants 300/200 vision

Death - "I didn't evolve fast enough"
Respawn - "I evolve to evade death"
Kill - "Evolution is the greatest weapon"
With Other Heroes
Tinker - "You and I have the same mindset Tinker" - "I evolved faster than you Tinker"
Venomancer - "Hello old friend" - "I guess I'm the new master of the jungle now"
OK you need feedback so i am giving you feedback
The hero concept and lore are unique, a excelent idea, but the stats are so broken as the abilitys and you have to nerf this hard if you want this to be a thing
so you created a UNKITABLE SNAKE GUY
first of all, your first ability is a :
-Gap closer
-stun locker
-nuke
and the Cd is .... 13 ?
Rework :Sorry no moar stun for you this would be so broken, it should work like tiny´s toss but with a hard cd so
Ministuns
Cd : 15s
and the rest stays the same
your second ability is a :
-40 % cd slow with a absurd 1500 range with just 4 s down time ? just nop, with skadi ( a natural good item for this hero) makes anyone without an escape mechanism slowed to the death
Rework : 1000 dota meters(make blink viable) with a 4 seconds at all levels and 10 seconds cooldown(now its fair) but with a dot like 30/40/50/60 per second it would be cool
so the third OP ability
this is so broken that i do not need to talk about this one, i only say how to rewark:
Just Physycal resistence one, i like the idea and it fits your hero, also you could add a DOT
But it would be 15/30/45/60 % physical resistence
the ult is ok, the invisibilty seems nice
also the stats should be nerfed as you have that passive for something like:
INt:20 + 1.7
Str:23 +1.8
Agi:30 +2.7

your third ability seems like a extreme overpower of Troll´s Fevor
imagine this hero lvl 7 and it gives 4 atacks and his ult, it would be easy 200 + 4 stacks of poison ( 15 for 10 seconds) = 800 damage + something around 130 for the auto atacks
he would kill moar easily in the early game than nyx assassin LOL
The fun part will be his item build : blink + Discord + aghamin + skadi

[5 Damage Instances = 1 Stack]
so this would mean, it would take 20 auto attacks or damage instances (DoT doesnt count) from Rakr*** to cause the 15 DoT.
I put this inplace so that it wouldnt be overpowered as hell, this will cause Rakr*** to be a laner that has to harass before he can go in for kills, this also makes him a great jungler so what do you think about this?
also the formula for the DoT is damage x 4 x 10 for the max damage so it would be 120/240/480/600, now if you think thats overpowered think about it this way, after 20! attacks which would be (if the base damage is 40) 800 damage. so they usually are dead before the 600 DoT comes into affect. it also can be purged so it isnt like you can't get rid of it.
