What is the 11% spell spell damage reduction?
Do you deal less damage, or do you protect yourself from damage?

this idea sucks hard, it does not serve int carrys as well it does not make Sasha yasha a late game

it protects you from spell damage by reducing it by 11% :3

I agree although it does not make Sange and Yasha a late game item, it is very useful for reight-click heroes who doesent have to much impact in team fights and usually use a lot of item attack modifiers such as Sniper with Mjollnir, Slark with Eye of Skadi, and Weaver with Desolator.

Well there is no reason why should I pick this item. Building this on a str/agi is simply tryhard. Some mana, MR and a tiny, small, not-so-useful aor spreading debuffs are not so impressive. For int carry, there is always better choices, such as atos, scythe, eul, orchid, and many more. Paired with SnY, this item will just get very underrated, and underwhelming.

Sorry, I have to agree with Locket, there is no reason to get this item that I see. The whole dispersion effect needs to be saved for a higher priced item where it can be stronger.
