I would recommend reading some of the awesome guides on techies already posted on the site, that's how I learned to ruin... I mean help in games! A general tip, never mine side shop. Just don't.

Mine outside the side shop in the lane, but try to put the mines where creeps won't step on. Keep staying in the side shop and bait them into thinking that the side shop is mined. Profit
