I actually really like the idea of all her damage becoming pure. That's really sick, and makes her super strong with Aghs. It actually creates an entirely new viable build on her (a right-click build, probably with something like MKB/Daedalus/Mjollnir).
I do not think the pure damage part is that OP. Spectre is a carry. Buying Agh's on her will be something like buying another dmg item...
About the UAM part. IMO it is wasted. The only orb that can be useful in teamfights is probably Eye of Skadi(global slow <33). Desolator is not commonly built on Spectre aand lifesteal does not work on illusions :/
By the way will illusions be able to proc Maelstrom/ Mjollnir with the upgrade?
Yes lightning will proc too, which means enemy clump up to take more lightning, or be isolated and take Desolate damage. 120/200 pure damage jumping around is scary :P. Still you need attack speed to make use of it.
More ideas, Alchemist Acid Spray-Armor debuff now pierces magic immunity.
New active : Lock-on-Gain this sub-skill when activated Unstable Concoction, which allows him to Lock-on an enemy unit, if the target stays visible for 2 seconds, the target will remains visible to Alchemist's team and gain true sight on the target until the Unstable Concoction impacted anyone. Also, the Unstable Concoction will launch automatically onto target after 5 seconds countdown, Alchemist can choose to prevent it from being launched automatically by pressing the Lock-on skill icon again and stun himself instead when countdown timer reached 0 without being launched, self-stun duration are halved in this way. The Lock-on skill has an 1200 cast range, 0 mana cost, 0.5 second cooldown and pierces magic immunity.
This is separated with the upgrades above. My thought of solving Alchemist's stat problem:
New passive : Greed is Power- Alchemist can use this skill to gain +3 all bonus attributes by spending 700 golds, up to maximum of +30 all bonus stats. Dropping Aghanim's Scepter will reset all bonus stats from this passive and will be returned when Aghanim's Scepter is returned to Alchemist's inventory.
This upgrade is add-on to other kind of upgrades, if its standalone upgrade then it will be +5 stats for 600 golds, up to maximum of +50 all bonus stats.
Tidehunter Ravage-0.5 seconds after the tentacles erupted to all direction, another crushing wave follows the tentacles' spreading pattern and spread outward. Dealing damage of 50/100/150, slowing the enemy movement speed 50% and reduce their armor by 5 for 4 seconds. This crushing wave pierces magic immunity completely.
Fiend's Grip is no longer channeling (a spirit form version like KoTL does it now), however, dying ends the spell.
Extra damage is undone, duration reduced to 6, deals pure damage permeating magic immunity. Attacking Bane still causes nightmares if he remains within 300 aoe from the Nightmare Double.
And if cast on Batrider, Bane will scream "I am the one who will break the bat!"
Removing the need of channelling will makes this upgrade too OP, plus 215x6 pure damage is too painful, just take the Laguna Blade as a comparative example.
However I like your idea of creating a spirit form, what about : Enemy can stun the spirit form and end the Fiend's Grip?
Now imagine this, we could hook our ally in the fountain. But first we blink behind an enemy before the hook. It's like.. a 3000 range Skewer. We can't push T4/Ancient if the enemy clock has an aghs. We would naturally clump and eventually be Skewered to enemy fountain. That's insane. Not to mention the cooldown is lower than Skewer...
