Dusa: Not only is does she multiply that +300 damage (like Kunkka and Imba Spirit), but she will also stay in a fight and not die much longer. Sure Kunkka has X marks and Imba has his spirits, but those take them out of a fight where they can no longer deal damage. Also, Dusa is ranged.

What about Rapier Windranger?

i think it is overkill, MKB does the job.
plus she is really vulnerable since she doesnt build armor or much HP, and sometimes relies quite a bit on BKB.

It was really good against the year beast last year. But in a normal dota game, it's pretty terrible.

Problem is that you can kill only one hero with your ult. Just killing one hero isn't worth the risk, when you buy a rapira you are expected to solo the enemy team essentially.

Besides with a Daedalus you can already blow up any hero in literally 1.5 seconds so you don't "need" a rapier. (btw crit >> mkb on WR unless you're facing evasion).

that is why i pretty much always get MKB, your enemies will get evasion most of the time and wind doesnt farm that fast that she will easily be able to afford both. besides you need BKB and blink often, and HEX is better then getting both crit and MKB.

or you could stack some rapiers on Gyrocopter :D

for me, the best rapier holder would be a SKILLED PLAYER playing Puck

But seriously, Dusa is pretty much the only one who really makes Rapier a core item.
