UPDATE!

THE GIFT WAS SENT BUT HAMSTER CAN SEE IT IN HIS STEAM CLIENT BUT NOT THE DOTA CLIENT!!
HELP HAMSTERTAMER IN GETTING HIS DOOM ITEM!!

It might be an error from Steam servers?

we solved it ourselves!
We exchanged IDs and went over dota client and i unwrapped it in his id for him...It solved the issue.

Seriously...items that appear as invisible slots in your inventory and you have to connect from another account to even use them... Volvo pls.
