This is a nice brief guide but I have to disagree with you in some areas.
For a rat/splitpush lycan, getting treads isn't really worth it, even if you are ahead of farm. Keeping all of the lanes pushed is much easier with BoT. I prefer to stay with boots of speed and get BoT after I have bought necro3
A [Blight Stone] can be picked up earlier.
Even in lane you should max your wolves.
Almost all people will disagree with me on this but you should get a bottle.
The 2 builds are completely identical and there are other build possible for Lycan (buying a Medallion of Courage is pretty common)
