Think about getting Power Treads or Phase boots. The attack and speed and stats from power treads make him a walking, underestimated Power House. Phase boots if you max out leech seed first will give you much more mobility, not to mention +24 attack damage. Get a Yasha too if you want to remain mobile. Drums too.

Good build, but Magic Wand is not so good, better to stay with Magic Stick, 10 charges is fine. And also Arcane Boots is not a must, if you are not going to abuse with Leech Seed, you will always have enough mana.
