Not good guide, you don't have any health regen items, one quas is not enough for full efficiency, aslo no mana regen items will make one have terrible mana problems. Also, no scepter...

Also could I ask why not to buy Eul when that one actually could solve the mana problems?

Invoke at level 3 makes this a terrible guide. Invoke at level 16 means that you don't even know how to play the hero.
