It depends on what type of build you want to play, i respect your decision that you feel that he has poor survivability. But put upon context that both Sven and Naix is of same fatness,a sven that uses Warcry+God Strength would > A naix that uses rage and life leech.And why i never went fury is you're just wasting more money when you already have a 60% cleave.Why not focus more on damage item that will increase ur damage to a single target and splashing abit to the others and continue to rampage upon them.Thats why my build is drum>MOM>BKB.It allows you the mobility to chase down hero and whack them.And take into circumstance that your enemy dont stick in engage and spread out,your 110% cleave basically drop to 0.Cheers mate :D.Thanks for the feedback

Sven doesnt have good survivability, if against slowers or stunners warcry is a waste and guys with BKB will rape you and your stun, an example is lifestealer, he rapes you, you warcry he slows you, you stun he uses rage. Like your build and i recommend you doing battle fury which makes you 110% cleave which with your ult and daedalus is quite quick kills. Just you don't need to put stats at the beggining go for 1 level at warcry and then max stun and cleave
