Storm's Ball Lightining is one of the best mobility skills in the game - use it to catch up to any hero trying to run away.
Storm is fragile, so don't initiate teamfights unless you have BKB or know what you are doing. Jump in after the first wave of spells and try to aim for the weakest heroes first.
As with any spellcaster hero, your skills are the most effective around level 11-14. Use this window to gank as much as possible.
