Pretty awesome build for the meta mid game build. Keep up the good work and please check out my guide http://www.dotafire.com/dota-2/guide/achmadalatooshieboos-auto-win-sb-6275

I usually go Spirit Lance at Lvl. 1 and then get 1 point into Doppelwalk. I prefer to max Lance first because it does allow you to last hit an enemy champion. Also maxing Juxtapose second after Lance is better in my opinion. Doppelwalk is a pure escape mechanism and rarely should be use as an initiation.

Outdated build. In this meta full of mid-game carries and strong single target disables ( Fiend's Grip, Primal Roar, Flaming Lasso...) early levels of Juxtapose are mandatory; even on pubs there will always be that Gyrocopter with Rocket Barrage or Lifestealer with Open Wounds ready to kill you with some Dust of Appearance even before level 6.
Nowadays people usually get one point in Doppelwalk at 2 and proceed to max out Juxtapose after Spirit Lance (taking the ultimate at 6, usually); yours is a farming build but, even though it's viable, it's much less effective. Also, the Heart of Tarrasque is sometimes more useful than the Manta Style (when your team's losing, for example) and the Drum of Endurance is a very common substitution to the Ring of Aquila.

Pretty standard item build. Maybe get some in juxtapose after one in doppelwalk if you are safe lane.
Also, no mention of Earhshaker at all, illusions are considered as hereos now so Echo Slam will destroy pl.
Also thinking Zeus might be good against him. His q can find the real one, and his w gives true sight so no doppelwalk escape.
