Hello everyone this is my second guide!
1.why are u making this guide?
well,because no guides are set for him,people that may need help of some sort i would like to help them by my way of playing
2.is this guide full?
i will put all i think about the hero in this guide!
3.is this guide complex?
i don't think so..
Oracle is an intelligence hero, dependement of skills and items while being soemtimes hard and sometimes easy, while this guide helps as a Middle person or Support

Let's start!
Starting items. Huh?
well a clarity or 2 would be fine. with a circlet.
the clarity will be needed for some mana.for healing,
a circlet increases your stats!
stats +2
mana and health and dmg(dmg isn't that useful)
get a urn,and a mekansm.
urn can help u heal. as your second and third spell heal your urn can heal too.
mekansm also helps in healing
get boots of speed then get tranquil boots
A great item is prevernce.
health and mana regenartion, some dmg.
medilion???
well yes,medillion is actully used when starting to fight.using ur second spell then medillion adds a ton of phisycal damage.
get anything, shadow blade refresher or skadi.?
does it matter?
not much. oracle doesn;t matter with luxury items. he gets what he wants with spells. and some small items although luxury items can help in small situations.
shadow blade might help if ur ult is on cooldown. refresher might help in refreshing ur ult and skadi adds what phisycal damage or slow so you can cast your spells.
you can use your first spell after your 3rd to purge the heal while doing a bit of dmage.
you can use your 2nd spell then your 3rd to heal with no dmage taken
use your ult on your carry to make him attack and cast spells without a risk of dying
that also works for squishy heros with high damage(tinker,skywrath,etc..)
your 3rd spell with your 2nd spell is a free urn that is why you get an urn to increase your healing
