i am a newbie and my leader who is also my friend and my coach wants to make from me
a good support...i'm looking for some good guides for some EZ heroes...i trained a lot with orcale but still i have some gross mistakes and some **** weaknesses... how can i make myself as a skilled pro support player?
someone give some tricks plz :|

I think Oracle is a great support with somehow unique and difficult skills. When you've managed to master him, however, he is very strong.
Key for good supporting is ALWAYS to keep in mind that your team mates come first. If need be, you have to sacrifice yourself so your carry survives. And if you can't get enough money, don't save it for your next item but spend it for wards and other utilities that help your team mates (it'll pay off later).
Something I had to painfully learn while playing DOTA in lower tiers: If you don't play the support, noone else does. And if you don't have a good support in your team, the match is already lost.
