1. Buy start items and go to you lane. Lane partners who have a slow or a stun skill are really good with Sven. At your lane you farm until you get 200 Gold for the magic stick, its because your Q needs a lot of mana. I didnt thought its a good item but trust me, it is.
Now try to get First blood by pushing your Q and then E, think of activating Magic Stick. If you got the money get Phase boots. You can also get Travelboots because they're better in late game but in early game they are Hard to get and not nescesarry. Now you are faster than nearly every other Hero, if you activate E and Phase boots
Morbit Mask is you recovery item, you can attack creeps for live refill and it can give you the important little more live than you enemy
Skullbasher is good because it stops enemys running away and stops them if they try to make you damage. It also gives you more damage out put so if you have your ultimate you make a lot of dammage
Satanic gives you a really big live steal so you refill by attacking enemys. it also has a great active use it gives you 175% live steal for a short time. thats great if you fight more than one enemy alone you can refill your life.
