Refresher Orb increases the damage of your utlimate and the amount of bounces. This way the damage gets even higher cause of the 7% bonus damage given to each bounce.
This is incorrect. You have mistaken the Refresher Orb for Aghanim's Scepter. Refresher Orb resets all your cooldowns similar to that of Tinker's ultimate ability.
