Do you find comfortable starting with Ring of Protection and Ring of Regen? Personally, I always go for a Quelling Blade first because in the early levels Meepo can't last hit properly even under his team's tower.
Other than that (which is more a personal opinion/suggestion than an improvement) it's a nice guide: I use to buy a Blink Dagger and no Mekansm (which in my opinion is pretty much a waste of money that you could have invested on another item, since your team's support will buy it too) and put a level of Poof at 4 instead of Geostrike, that I take at 8; but your guide is definitely something that helps players who have never picked this Hero.
Also, the description of the guide looks like a wall of text: you can improve it by looking at Dr. D's formatting guide, if you want to.
I don't see anything wrong with the guide other then you should have a net at level 1. Just tidy up and formatte the written part, and you'll have an upvote from me. Maybe add a friends and foes section.
