Luna is super powerful if you use her right!
she is a carry witch means she will carry your team and she progressively becomes stronger with levels and money, she needs lots of money.
Her moon Glaive will let you do this. Especially after level 16 you can go around taking out minions very easily for big money!
Why wraith bands? Because its a cheap up grade for your slippers of agility and your circlet that you start with. after you complete your buying order you can replace the two bands with something else.
Why sange and Yashe? its a good companion too Manta style. The movement speed and attack speed bonuses stack.
Why manta style and and helm of Dominator? the helm is great for keeping you alive and restoring health while manta style provides help if you are stuck in a corner so too speak or if your taking down a tower or base.
