so.. a few things... the hit hit term is called KITING - it's what you do when you are harassing heroes, and running, and turning around and doing it again.
If you are in a joint lane - which sniper tends NOT to do, especially with a stunner, MAX
Depending on your lane it is up to you whether you level
If you are mid, then your/this build is a good one, sometimes 1 level of shraprnel is good for the 'fear factor' as enemies won't know it's only level 1..
I agree with the build, it is the one I use myself. also upgrade your wraith to a ring of aquila - basilius is a good early item to get, especially when you have a lane partner..
