sniper strong carry but not hard as well
i think he was good in early and late game
on early the best lane that u are same lane with enemy melee hero
so u can hit them decrease they HP luckyly u can get firstblood or doublekill at early
with some little help with stunner or strength hero
for the item build
at early i choose just like the picture
then make the wrath and the best choice of boots for sniper is power treads
u also can use phase boots but sniper already got his shrapnel to slow the enemy
so i think power treads is good
then make a choice did u want to make the sniper have lifesteal item or have big damage
if u choose have lifesteal u can bought helm of dominator at mid game,if u choose to have big damage buy desolator at late-game ,coz desol and helm doesnt stack
hit per hit take damage 1 by 1 by the bullets
decrease ur enemy HP by hit and hit
while the enemy gets little HP use ur ulti
ur ulti is very very great skill i think,that they have short cooldown
and big damage which snip can use it typicly
