Why do you max Burning Spears? If you use them, you can't make use of your lifesteal, which is a million times better.
Getting burning spears gives you lane control & early game presence, later on when you get your lifesteal you can start teamfights with the spears turned on & once you get half hp or bellow you can deactivate them & let the lifesteal do it's magic, that's how huskar is usually played.
