This is a guide that I decided to make at the request of my good friend GriffonDefender. The aim of this guide is an offlane Storm. You want to gank as much as possible with this lane. Good luck in the Future GriffonDefender.
The main aim of this item build is to stack Int items so that you are as mobile and deadly as possible. A Sheep stick is used for Int and a reliable disable in order to score a kill. You need mana regen, hence the Bloodstone, and who dosen't want an upgraded ultimate? As for the Bkb, well Storm needs to be magic immune and that is the best choice for him. The Shivas provides a decent slow in order to catch pesky blinkers like Antimage or Qop. The items to consider mainly increase your damage output
This skill build maximizes Storm's ganking potential, which is something that any good Storm player wants to do. You get your Remnant first for harass, then you want your Vortex in order to secure an early kill. You want to get your Overload as soon as possible because it is a hard hitting aoe skill. Then you get your ult at the standard levels.
