I'm used to see weird guides, but here you put three builds that are severely outclassed by some others.
Basher Lina is a good concept on paper, but bad when it comes to playing it: first off you might want to max out Dragon Slave by level 7 since you won't be able to farm a full Basher before level ~11 (not sure, but it should be around that); then going for even more damage is like shouting at your enemies that you want to die. Why don't you pick Sniper if you want stuns and fast autoattacks then? You could extend into a Bloodstone for mana management or a Rod of Atos/ Scythe of Vyse if you still want extra damage; you also get a handy disable or slow.
For the same reason, Rod of Atos and Diffusal Blade have almost the same purpose: you might as well list the Diffusal as an optional pickup in the third build. I'm not narrow-minded when judging unusual builds (I myself encourage playing carry Dazzle as he, in my opinion, has the highest - or one of the highest - carry potential in the game for INT Heroes), but I don't think they have a usefulness besides trolling in a pub game. Well, actually the Rod of Atos build is pretty nice, but you have to change your starting items since there's too little regen.
The "Getting Handsy" build is a pretty common way to support or, better, was: before the recipe cost of Hand of Midas got changed, many competitive players used to get Midas on supports after the 6.79 patch; it's a pretty legit build to me, you just have to delay Arcane Boots until you get the full Midas. The Soul Ring is also not a good pickup for supports, you'd better get a Magic Stick if you want burst mana or you'll delay the HoM by not less than ~5-10 minutes.
There are also some misconceptions in your builds, the main ones being your indifference to Iron Branches - the most cost-efficient item in the game - and the fact that you tend to upgrade Boots after completing your core item(s) and not before. About the Branches, just substitute the Robe of the Magi, Belt of Strength or some Clarity potions (three are DEFINITELY too many) with a Healing Salve (if you don't have one) and Branches until you have no gold left; and for the Boots problem I think you should simply complete them before getting a Staff of Wizardry or Diffusal Blade. Things change when you're playing support, in which case you can go plain Boots + Wand and save gold for Wards.

Totally agree with the core items and offensive.
I'm not surprised. They are considered super-standard items. Heh, how about the other builds?
