One question though. I never purchased Refresher Orb for Jugger. In which situations should I purchase it?

Hey man, I have a few things to add if you don mind. Firstly, I am not an advocate for aghs for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it slows down your item progression, and jugg is a much better right clicker. For a much cheaper price, pick up a basher. Also, blade fury is kind of garbage after early game. If the enemy is smart, it's only good for a rune kill IMO. Try out a game putting a value point in it lvl 1, max blade dance, then ward, then do stats. For foes, lion is rather annoying with mana drain and stun combo. Also, phantom lancer is a pain for any single target hero. Dragon knight can stun you for a long time and sustain your physical damage.

Vengeful Spirit is a nice partner too. Good damage stun, plus armour reduction for right clicking. (also works to increase Omnislash damage.) Can also provide some plus damage early, if you desire.

There should be a Moon Shard here. Legit item on almost every right-clicker!
But overall, good guide.

"I can't think of a real juggernaut's foe yet" - well, anybody that can make his ultimate useless, such as Omniknight (for the physical immunity) and Chaos Knight or other heroes with ilusions.

Another great partner in lane is Venomancer, because of his Venomous Gale as a set up.

I think there should be a situational BKB there.
