Thats rly a good guide and the one i´ve started to learn how to play this hero :)
I also wrote a guide for Huskar its very diffrent but i think its intresting too :)
I'd add Blink Dagger as situational. Yes I know what you're thinking : "He just has Life Break to jump on 'em dumbo". No. Blink is actually pretty great on him as you can cover massive distance, plus it is not point target which means you won't be stopped by fog. I got one on a recent game (32-3) and it was great. Won't see you coming, ever.
Yay! Thanks for this one! I used this guide the first time I used Huskar, got 16-2-7. And of course, special thanks to my awesome teammates. Nonetheless, this is a very helpful one! Thank you~ ^^
I think that you should first max out the Bersekers Blood before the Burning spear. I do not require the Bottle and Magic Wand because he has lifesteal. But Life Steals are not his Alternative Items, it is his Core and Important Items. He do not require high MP because his power comes from his HP. He also do not reqiure the Bracers because he just need HP. Just buy 2 Gauntlets of Strength, and he has HP. And also, just add Vitality at least Level 1 at the start of the game. In case of emergency and not going to your Well when low health. Just do micro, right?
Why? Because if you make a nice early game and YOU CAN make a nice early game in any lane with this skill build, you can have Power Treads with less than 10 minutes with the 2 Bracers. I don't like to spend money with the Magic Wand, because you don't need it.
The Black King Bar will save you from disables and there's nothing worst do Huskar than be disabled, further with Silence.
And the problem of Huskar in the late game is the fact that Black King Bar will disable your Burning Spear and your Life Break. So you have to aim the heroes that doesn't have it.
This is one of the best guids of Huskar. Shows what it is most important for him: the early game.
I started to play with him looking this guide and I don't know how to thank. Today, I have to say, it might be awesome to write more his counters, like Silencer.
I find burning spears don't fall of to hard late game, they give him a little more power, they help with berserkers blood and if the puny mortals escape the might of Huskar there life will slowly burn out (If they have no heals) In general solid build +1 ;D
Maybe add in a situational skill build and max Berserker's blood instead (against nukers and whatnot). Also, I both agree and disagree that Burning Spear wears off late game. I agree, because against tanky carry monsters (Alchemist, Tiny, add something else here), it can barely give them a dent. I disagree because against a squishy team, the Spears own them. Add Mjollnir and Cuirass for maximum spears (i think more like extensions?) Just some thoughts I had.

After Black King Bar you can have the Heart of Tarrasque because with it you can let Armlet of Mordiggian always on.
So, for me, Huskar is not a hero for long matches, but to win it with less than 40 minutes.
