Poor Man's Shield Iron Branch
When you Start you get a nice reduction on damage of all sources and +1 armor do to the 7 Agi(6 from the shield and 1 from the branch) Along with a nice 7% Attack speed bonus.
Morbid Mask >>> Mask of Madness
As soon as you have 900 gold Go get the mask for more life steal, this will help you farm while getting harassed. As soon as you get another 1000 !Go and upgrade it!
(NOTE: USE THE EFFECT WHILE FARMING AND ATTACKING IT'S GOOD FOR THE ATTACK SPEED AND CHASE!!!)
Power Treads
Next work up to Boots, You can buy the build items in any order you see fit, if you are getting chased a lot then get 
Boots of Speed, Str for health etc.
Drum of Endurance
I work up to the drum. It's a nice aura and a little attack speed but the +9 to all Attributes is what you want, you need the Heath AND Mana for your ult.
(NOTE: USE THIS EFFECT EARLY IN TEAM FIGHTS IT HELPS CHASE AND DAMAGE!)
Crystalys
Next i go for the Crystalys, You can build the build items anyway you wish. This item is essential, it adds more crit giving you a 35% Crit chance along with your life steal makes for great damage and life steal, Used with Mask of Madness makes for a great combo.
Assault Cuirass
Is a item for tankyness and the aura of armor reduction makes you hurt more and counters anyone who decides to build armor.
Daedalus and Satanic are items, You can switch out. If you would like to upgrade other items that is fine.
Early Game
Farm Farm Farm
You Start off a bit like a tank, this means you can take a little damage and farm minions. This is made possible by Vampiric Aura And Mask of Madness.
Whenever possible you should hit enemy hero's this adds a "Fear Factor" and keeps melee pushed back.
"Stun,Hit,Crit,Walk"
If you have a active Laning Partner wait for them to Initiate the fight and throw your Hellfire Blast and hit them a few times (Trying to get a crit in) and walk away. There is no reason to be dying before you have your ult.
((Bot Lane))
If you happen to be put in bot lane after rank two of your Vampiric Aura You will take no damage on the smaller camps.!!After rank two its a good way to "Heal"!!
Mid Game<You have your Ult>
At this point you have Reincarnation and at least Mask of Madness.
Using the old combo with the addition of the toggle of Mask of Madness You can start ganking and fighting.
!!!!!Remember that your ult cost Mana to cast!!! while fighting MAKE sure not to drain your Mana Below 140. When your Reincarnation Activates you have full health and Mana, What does this mean?
YOU ARE THE INITIATOR, TRY TO DIE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIGHT! The slow from your Reincarnation is helpful to the team. When Initiating Remember to use your Mask of Madness because it does not matter if you take a little more damage.
Late Game
This is pretty similar, Keep an eye on your Mana
BUT WAIT your team sucks? No problem at this point you can solo Roshan and spread gold among the team you can pick up 
Aegis of the Immortal For solo pushing and team fighting.
You Gain life Early in game, Attack minions and FARM, hit Bawlsy enemy hero's to create a "Fear Factor"
You can Heal in Bot lane early in game by attacking the weak creep camp.
Your Reincarnation Cost Mana, WATCH IT. !!!!!140!!!!!
Use Mask of Madness For Damage and Chasing.(You take more Damage but gain more health}
Drum of Endurance Has 3 Charges USE THEM your team need the help.
You can solo Roshan late game for Aegis of the Immortal and Gold to help your team.
This is a build I use, I posted it so others can try it out.
I understand that this may be a play style that doesn't fit you but please Rate honestly to promote the concept here.
I will be updating for new items and I will be adding sub builds for other play styles or Concept's.
