I love the items a lot, I like the guide a little less. You could add some more content and check out Dr.D's formatting guide and Nubtrains guide guide for help.

Refresher Orb? I think it's okay, but it doesn't help you scale. Dude, you need more Strength items. They help him scale his Return and Stampede. Look, I'm making my own guide for Centaur right now, and you'll find it a lot better than this. Look at it when it's done, alright?
