You have too many early levels of timelock and need to get timewalk earlier. Vlads isn't really a good item to get midgame, and really ever. You should put it on a support lategame where the +15% damage makes sense.

I would take backtrack early over timelock. There's no real point to getting timelock when your attack speed is once ever never. Besides, in the early game, you're just going to be last-hitting, so you really don't need your bash. Backtrack is much more important for staying alive in lane and being able to farm carry items.
