Key strategic elements to consider when playing Faceless Void

• Be careful about using Time Walk aggressively on early levels as you leave yourself exposed for a while. Only use it when you have taken substantial damage in the last 2 seconds.
• Look around the map and be ready to teleport in and pick-off an opponent with Chronosphere. This contributes to pressure and plays around the map.
• Faceless Void is an attack speed hungry hero as damage per second is closely related to the frequency of Time Lock procs. Buy items that give you agility and attack speed.
• In teamfights, look to trap as many opponents as possible in Chronosphere while leaving allies outside. Avoid including your important ally heroes into the Chronosphere.
• Avoid playing aggressively when Chronosphere is on cooldown and push out lanes instead.
• You can tank up and get mobility items if your teammates can provide plenty of damage in Chronosphere.
• Mask of Madness enables you to pick off free kills easily with Chronosphere. Look for these opening kills around the map whenever Chronosphere is up with your Mask of Madness.
