I kinda like the early game item choice, though I don't agree with getting the Null Talisman unless buying it with a Healing Salve (and two Tango charges from the supports) as a starting item. I also try to buy the Blink Dagger before the Power Treads as many times as possible, since Puck doesn't really need the extra attack speed and the extra survivability from the STR treads is negligible early on. But I see many experienced players buying Treads first, so nothing against it.

One thing that bothers me is your initiation combo: you should always initiate with Blink -> Silence -> Ultimate, not Blink -> Ultimate -> Silence as casting Dream Coil before Waning Rift will give enough time for your enemies to chainstun you or burst you down. Also, I wouldn't suggest a Dagon on Puck sice he/she already has plenty of nuke damage and doesn't need to focus on single targets. My go-to extension is the Scythe of Vyse as the Hex is crucial when fighting hard carries and the extra stats are welcome, but I find myself picking up an Eul's sometimes if I'm stomping (otherwise, extra HP is really needed).

Aghanim's Scepter gives a pretty ****py upgrade: nobody's so stupid to purposely break the coil and two extra seconds don't make the difference (unless you're ganking, in which case it's still early game and you don't even have enough gold for a Blink Dagger), as what makes your initiation good is the silence. The pseudo-disable from your ultimate is only useful when the enemies are silenced; when it wears off it doesn't matter if your enemies are still caught by the coils or not, they will fight your teammates nearby. I'd pick a Shiva's or Vyse over it anytime.

Yes I basically love Aghanim's Scepter on Puck. Bloodstone is good on Puck and you should add it. You forgot 4 Divine Rapiers Dendi build.

Hi, really nicely done guide, it was really helpful. One note though is that you have five points in Phase Shift and only three points in Waning Rift.
