Techies in under 14 minutes (and make enemies ragequit) by just following this simple guide and understanding your role as the AD Techies.
When playing Techies it's very important to place Minefield Sign in strategical positions to achieve maximum GPM, XPM, KDA, R2D2 and last hits. Midas is used to increase your winrate by 52.5% and the Bounty Rune is to ensure you get level 6 in the first minute so you can start to out-hit their carry earlygame, this makes you a very earlygame threat to enemy and they wont be in lane when you are hitting them.
Below is example of items working in action - I get rampage in one hit.
Now you have your Hand of Midas and after using it once to get your level 24, you can start to do solo Roshan every time he spawns and let your support take 
Aegis of the Immortal so you can manfight their team under tier 3's. Once you have all your items you can begin to one-hit their 
Lifestealer and 
Pudge (In the same hit if you get lucky with you RNG and have a point in your collateral stats.
Now that you are able to get rampages with every hit, get you're support to stack roshan at the 14:14:14:14:14 mark, and then take double roshan to get yuor 2 Aegis of the Immortal and then dive their fountain to get your 15 minute quad feed rampage.
Pros of this build:
+Daily commends from Dendi, Dee Bradley baker and Gabe Newell.
+Easy to get rampages when you get the appropriate hats and the enemy don't 5 man jungle gank you.
Cons of this build:
- Friends will envy your dota 2 skills and you will become more richer from Ti7
In addition to this, make sure that you don't let the enemy get a ghost sceptre or you will have to suicide their fountain to get the rampage.
