For offlane? I would seriously go 2-2-4-1. You need the Corrosive Skin, it keeps you alive, and the nethertoxin helps you to last-hit.

You don't really need Poison Attack unless you are dominating their dual lane, which is unlikely.

not the best offlaner, a dual offlane to pressure their safelaner can be good, but since viper is about dominating the early and midgame he needs a good start to not waste the part of the game where he is usefull.

i got 1-4-4-1

1:4:4 for Off-lane since you don't need Poison Attack that much in the off-lane. Corrosive Skin for survival and Nethertoxin for damage dealing. For mid I go 4:4:1.
