He wanted to create rather than merely maintain; to weave worlds of his own devising. He began making small changes to his domain, but the thrill of creation proved addictive, and his strokes became bolder, pulling against the pattern that the Loom had woven.

What about Weaver? I find that Weaver is a great mid hero because she (is it a she?) needs gold for DPS items. I think Brew would be much better in lane with skywrath and then earth could go with wraith king and roam a little.

Again, easily Harrassed out of Lane, most strong Mids have an AoE Flash Farming Skill, e.g. Plasma Field, Illusory Orb, Scream of Pain, Sleight of Fist, etc. It's not that hard to punch a Weaver out of the Lane with these.

What's he gonna do to stay in Lane? Shukuchi to the Creep Wave for every Last Hit? He'll wind up getting zoned out, losing Last Hits and generally be unable to Farm his Lane. As a Farm dependant Hero, this is incredibly bad for him.

He suits the Safe Lane and very Situational 1 vs 1 Lanes, that's about it... 8{(

I think the lineup is pretty easily countered by Silencer, Doom and burst damage.
Having a Lion Doom dual offlane is very strong against a sololane. Generally having Lion against any sololane is good, because Lion has 2 good disables to setup ganks and in addition to that he can drain mana. Against a trilane Lion can still rotate or roam.
Doom should be an obvious choice against Brewmaster and Weaver to have the needed lockdown on those two. He just needs exp on the early levels and can get some farm for Blink Dagger with devour.

Kunkka is generally a decent laner on anyone who can play him properly. Because the presented lineup doesn't feature a lane dominator like Razor or Bane, having Kunkka would be very good. The harrass with Tidebringer and the danger of his combos make him strong against Brewmaster, Weaver and Skywrath Mage which are the only ones that could somewhat lane mid.

Farming Silencer on safelane can harrass the **** out of any lane combination of the lineup since they all have limited mana pools except for Skywrath Mage. Another one that could work is Outworld Devourer, but since the range on his skills is shorter the danger of being caught out is much higher. Other than that though his ult would completely wreck at the beginning of every teamfight.
Treant Protector is there in case of bad initiation to have Overgrowth for repositioning and he can save anyone from some hits of Skywrath Mage nukes. Additionaly Overgrowth can be used as a setup for Ghost Ship.
