Hurricane pike and Impetus

Ok so the characters needed will be: IO and Enchantress.

The setup: enchantress is setup for a solo gank hidden from enemy forces. IO uses relocate from Home Pool to Enchantress. Enchantress shows, pops hurricane pike, split seconds before IO latches to enchantress and returns to home pool. At which point enchantress fires off as many of the 4 attacks/5 seconds buff from the pike.

i SUCK at this game, so i know for a fact i would NOT be able to pull this kinda move off. so im curious if anyone else out there thought of this/has tried it yet.

It can happen, it's easier with Chen but you can also do it with a TP if you have enough attack speed

You of course need vision of the target but it can work, just somewhat hard to pull off and incredibly situational

definately situational, i love the movies, and i never thought about chens recall too. can chens target move after the teleport spell has been cast?

ohh gotcha, i see it now. and those hits were def increased from impetus? i bet you could wreck someone at their t3 tower with this trick.

You would need vision of them though... the only thing they need to do is to walk into the fog and your plans are spoiled.

Maybe add a Bounty Hunter? :D

The wisp brings absolutely nothing to the table on top of simply, well, playing Enchantress and rushing Hurricane Pike on her. Say that you cast pike as Ench on an enemy from maximum range : 400. It pushes you at 400 + 450 + 450 = 1300 range from your enemy. Then you move back for 1 second with 400 MS, putting you at 1700 range. And then you right-click. Oh wait you're already at the maximum Impetus range of 1750 after which the damage is capped, so you deal as much damage as you would from fountain.

TLDR, the wisp is useless, this is something you can already do with Ench on her own.

If there's a combo, it's Ench + Bounty because it gives you vision, not Ench + wisp.

Hamster is right. Io adds nothing and to do this kind of cheesy move is a bit useless, considering you already have enough damage with Enchantress with the item on her own, provided you get the vision. So Bounty Hunter would be much better.

I still haven't seen any pro game with her where she made use of this item effectively, if any of you know something I would really like to know, plese.

it's a good escape mechanism unless there is a slark in the enemy team and the range is sweet af.
