Well...anything that you say would have gone far better with a safe lane Troll Warlord or something.
When you go full push you don't go "if game goes past 25 minutes it's GG". You pick a safe lane carry that pushes well...something where Wraith King doesn't fit at all.
A team full of utility heroes without a damage dealer is a terrible draft.
That draft has absolutely no problem at pushing early. The laning just was weird. Trilane with a farming Necrophos and support WD and WK, mid Magnus and offlane Jakiro should work just fine. Could even go aggro depending on the opposing lane. That draft has loads if pushing power, sustain and a fearsome teamfight lineup.
First of all: Can you spell my ******** name right? :)
Ok, I know this draft wasn't the best (I am not sure who drafted, maybe it was me), but the worst part was laning anyway. Wraith King refused to support, he said: "screw it, I am gonna carry". We couldn't agree on where our heroes should go.
I believe that Necrophos was meant to be position 2, while he was in fact position 3/4, because Witch Doctor took the position 2, due to that he went middle. Wraith King went carry (with massive ping), and I figured that I have to leave WK alone on top against Centaur Warrunner and destroy Xyrus' Anti-Mage farm. If he would get his items and split-push, we would be in trouble. I knew that Wraith King cannot contest in farming speed with more experienced player, who has also around 20ms ping.
I TP'd bottom and I believe we killed Anti-Mage with Magnus and Necrophos. I had Liquid Fire on level 3 and tower was gone shortly after. We took control over the huge part of their junlge and Rosh Pit. Witch Doctor was doing his Witch Doctor things, and everything was good. When I got Liquid Fire on level 4 we started working on T2 bot. They tried to do something, but they couldn't contest. Heartstopper Aura was slowly reducing their health, and Shockwave + Liquid Fire and Dual Breath was destroying creeps immediately. Tower was crumlbing. Meanwhile, I noticed Xyrus' Anti-Mage pushing top, but he had half of Battle Fury, so I wasn't that bothered. We damaged T3 a bit and we backed off. Then we came back to defend top, then we pushed bottom again, we took bot rax, killed around 3 heroes and it was over.
Ok, draft was bad, but the execution was nice, and I take the responsibility for that draft, although I was trying to make it work as best as I could. I trusted in Hamster's Magnus, Timm's Necrophos and Zaop's Witch Doctor mid (which was proven good in previous games).
