Well, I've actually created Varna in my Dota 2, just to try him out...
And it's not too bad, the problem I encountered is that I can't do the "exact same" Relapse as you wrote it, instead I make a "Monkey King Bar like - Relapse", so yeah, it's not really Varna, but I did create the same Stupor, Traditional Art and Mind Sap.
Teach me master! I have a lot of things to try out for myself :V
I've actually changed the Stupor to 80/110/140/170 damage (which would be 150/180/210/240 with level 4 relapse) before you commented lol
The heal from Traditional Art was intended to be pretty mediocre since it increases attack speed and gives Headshot proc, but I think I need to fix the linear scaling, so what do you think about 30/40/50/60 attack speed, 16/24/32/40 HP and 45/50/55/60% chance? This way Varna can be of help faster in game with less level in Traditional Art
As of the ult, the same as Traditional Art? I'll change it to a fix 600 AoE, 40/50/60 damage every 0.5/0.4/0.3 seconds?
What do you think about it? I'll change if you think it's better.
* Yeah, I knew that stupor had bonus damage from Relapse, but, since I couldn't do the exact Relapse (Noob...) it was really weak for me.
* The new attack speed and HP regen are good, but you should let the 30/40/50/60% chance.
* Yay' so now the ulti does 400/600/960 in a 600 AoE instead of 300/540/960 in a 400/500/600, much better for Teamfight !

Meh, I will if I have time, but i'm really new to this stuff of datadriven things, so don't expect me to teach how to do a Meepo's Divided We Stand or even a Pudge's Flesh Heap, even if I have my 'strange' ideas to do a flesh heap, huehuehuehue.

As I said to porygon361, I will if have time, but I warn you, I only know the basics. :3
Basics for me are :
* Creating a linear projectile that hit unit in a AoE when launched ( Breathe Fire, or another projectile that you aim at the target, like Storm Hammer, and it will stun everyone in a AoE or just the target.
* Creating an Aura (that's really EASY) that deal damage/heal/stun over time etc...
* And other little things like, lifesteal, cleave, knockback, etc...
