Work In Progress

[Q] - Time Tear

Talratha creates a tear in time through a wall that he and his allies can go through, but so can enemies. ("Wall" = Non-Passable Terrain)

Time until enemies can travel through 0.5/1/2/3

Cooldown 20/15/10/5

[W] - Time Warp

[Toggle]

Talratha can speed up time to suit his needs.

[Off] Damage increased by 5%/10%/15%/20% but with a projectile speed

[On] Damage decreased by 20%/15%/10%/5% no projectile speed (Like a melee punch with range)

[E] - Portal Teleport

Talratha creates a small AoE that teleports any units to infront of him stunning and damaging them in the process

AoE Size 300

Cast Range 600

Stun 1/2/2.5/3

Damage 50/100/150/20

CoolDown 10/9/8/5

[R] - Time Bond

Talratha attaches a time strand to a target enemy giving vision on the enemy (break after 1000 units)

Cool Down: 1

[T] - Time Drag

Talratha pulls all enemies affected by Time Bond to him and stunning them when they reach Talratha

Stun Duration 1.5/2/3.5/4

Cool Down 60/40/20

The Q is interesting, but I think rather than upgrading the cooldown a ton, I think an increased wall size would be cool.

W is innovative too, but I do not fully understand it. Some elaboration would be nice.

E is really really strong. Could be an ulti. Also: 200 damage at lvl 4 was what I think you were goin for.

R is really OP. Put it on a team that doesn't have any purges to spare and you instantly win.

boy, first skill makes weaver blush.

second skill is good, the projectile speed could be added tho.

teleportation range for the third skill is not mentioned.

ultimate sounds amazing, but it actually isnt.

if this hero gets level 6 by minute 10 lets say, and the game lasts for 60 minutes, it guarantees 10 kills at most, not impressive by any means.

Also, the cooldown could be specified for ult.

But it still guarantees a kill on any hero. No ability should guarantee a kill.

So does axe's Culling Blade and still no one gives a ****. Plus 5 minutes is pretty long time so it is kinda balanced

Also, how long is the ultimate's cooldown?

But if no one has a diffusal or eul, it means your ****ed. And getting kills may be detrimental because you end up giving gold to the enemy because you will die.

But by that logic you could say carries shouldn't get kills either...Or anyone. How about nobody gets kills.

what he is trying to say is that its a sure kill if no one has diffusal blade or euls, u cant do nothing about it. while axe's culling blade does grant a sure kill it has a treshold, using culling blade the wrong time is equals to laughable damage, while this ult grants a sure kill no matter what.
