I would like to apologize if the name "Nevaeh" offends you or your religion. It's heaven backwards so I assume some might be triggered.
HERO SUMMARY:
Nevaeh is a slow but extremely powerfulUniversal hero of exponential proportions! She, as a_Weeping Angel, can call more of her omnipresent self as unmovable, spell immune illusions! This ability costs no mana if cast to where a hero just died! As her brethren wreck havoc in her stead, she lays eyes on everyone with her ultimate,_Voidal Cascade swallowing an area in total darkness, impeding the enemy's vision from their own friends, as well as allowing Nevaeh to attack them as if with infinite range. Then, at the height of her_Ascension, she, in all her bodies, gains bonus strength, cast range, attack range and flight in exchange for slowing their movespeed, ravaging the maximum health of those hapless from the curse of the Ghastly Hollow, and taking them as her own.
PROS :
Ghastly Hollow is a powerful spell with ridiculous range.
Grows exponential in power.
Spell-immune illusions! Which is free around dead heroes!
Excellent at tower siege, and high ground defense.
CONS :
Unbelievably slow. In both movement and attacks. Unusual for a supposed carry.
Cannot farm fast, with a weak early game.
Very expensive mana cost of illusions. You might want to actually wait until someone dies.
Not versatile.

Unleashes her god-like demon potency. Nevaeh and all of her weeping angels gains flying movement, strength, cast range and attack range at the cost of heavily slowed movement speed.

Can be set to auto-cast, immediately casting it whenever a hero's corpse is available.

Lobs a volatile dark magic over an area, stunning any enemies hit, including structures. Enemy heroes will have their maxHP stolen based on Nevaeh's attack damage; Non-heroes will have their maxHP reduced but not stolen; and structures only take damage but not MaxHP loss.

When the buff/debuff expires, maximum health is updated, but current health is kept.
Is NOT an attack. Only borrows value of Nevaeh's attack damage if she attacked the unit (includingVoidal Cascade and her LvL15 Talent). Does not apply any attack modifiers.
The stolen health only benefits Weeping Angels and not illusions. Newly spawned Weeping Angels also copy any current buffs for the duration it has remaining.
This spell's Hp removal is lethal.
Considers creep-heroes as creeps. In case, of Meepo or Arc Warden, a random hero will be chosen to have its Max health stolen. Very similar to Decay.
[R] Voidal Cascade
Manifests a dark zone of black energies at an area. Gives flying vision over the area. Enemy units and towers inside will have their vision reduced, are cut off of allied vision, slowed, and take increased attack damage from Nevaeh and her angels based on her health. Enemies outside cannot have vision of anything inside, they cannot see their allies. Nevaeh and her Weeping Angels & illusions can attack enemy units inside the area regardless of range.

Upgrades Ascension. Can now be toggled on and off. Reduces cooldown.
COMMENTS / ADVANCED DISCUSSION :
Nevaeh is one of those heroes that are very hard to balance. Her way of having exponential capabilities means that a slight nudge to numbers will make or break the hero and there's a lot of stuffs to keep track when designing her.
Ascension gives bonus strength based on her base strength, which increases attack damage.
Ghastly Hollow steals max health based on her total attack damage.
Voidal Cascade gives more damage based on her max health.

Ascension is a spell of high commitment. Once cast, there is no turning back! Slowed, but gained a long reach, Nevaeh can even outclass Sniper in attack range!
Speaking of_Weeping Angels, I like this ability. Giving illusions strange properties almost make them a new mechanic by itself. They're spell immune! They deal 100% attack damage! But they can't move, and attack very, very, slow. At 3.0 B.A.T., it's among the slowest attack time in the game! Coupled with low agility gain, don't expect them to attack anytime soon. (Siege creeps have 3.0)
They also get the honor for being the most expensive illusion in the game. However, another cool part of the ability is that if there's a hero that died not longer than 10 seconds ago, and it's been cast within 200 radius of that hero's corpse, IT'S FREE!
And did I mention all buffs from_Ascension,_Ghastly Hollow and_Voidal Cascade also benefit all the angels as well? No? Well now you know!
Ghastly Hollow is her most straightforward spell. It increases her MaxHP, which can power up herVoidal Cascade. But as good as this ability seems to be, Nevaeh suffers from severe mana problems and cannot cast this as willfully. Not to be confused with "Deathly Hallows". That's from Harry Potter.
Voidal Cascade is her powerful ultimate. By cutting off the shared vision of her enemies, she has technically separated the enemy from helping each other. What's more, giving her much much more damage potential based on her max Health. And since this is Nevaeh, earning max health is easy as pie! The only bad part about the ultimate is that it offers no crowd control. And none of her skillset offers any sort of crowd control either. So every enemy could just waltz out and ignore the area. Nevaeh's allies are needed to get to her ultimate destructive potential.
GAMEPLAY :
Despite the loads of stuffs going on, she is not a complex hero to play. Heck, I even believe that she could be a complexity-1 rating. Just plop down her strong illusions to key points (just mind the mana), transform when in trouble, and cast ult on big fights from afar, the player can easily shift focus to finding better targets for her angels, which are low-maintenance themselves.
As a carry, Nevaeh completely lacks crowd control and mobility, the thing that carries mostly need. Nevaeh doesn't have those. She is over-specialized, not versatile and a niche pick at most. she can only do slow but painful damage, siege, and durability.

Meanwhile, enemies caught inside are cut off of their allied shared vision and have reduced vision themselves. They also gain 1 stack of Voidal Cascade every 0.5 second.
Whenever Nevaeh or her Weeping Angels attack a unit affected by the stack, the unit get stunned, and loses max health based on her maxHP multiplied by the unit's stacked debuff.
