Many years ago, men from the town of Coryn would tell of a beautiful dancer in the woods, whose skills would defy gravity itself. A woman who never tired of her dance, actually seeming to grow ever more graceful with each second that passed. However, these rumors were gone as soon as they began. A search party, sent to retrieve the dancer for the local circus, turned up nothing. Soon chaos erupted in the town as men started to go missing. One day, a sole woman emerged from the forest, telling of the most disturbing and yet somehow beautiful sight. Over a dozen men laying dead in a meadow just north of the town, with severe bruising covering any exposed skin. And a single dancer, growing ever more fervent in her routine
(Not the best lore, but it will do for now)

Notes
I feel like this hero is overpowered as she is right now, so I am still toying around with a few ideas in my head.
1. You lose 1 vigor stack per second, or maybe 2 every 3 seconds, instead of when you switch targets.
2. Complete rework of vigor
3. Changing stats, even though I think they are fine the way they are now
4. Change aura into another ability that uses vigor
5. Increase vigor threshold, but also make ult cost vigor per second(like #1)
So, I would like some constructive criticism on how the Mad Dancer can be changed.
CHANGELOG
6/23/14
Reworked vigor to be more useful without taking an hour to get anywhere with it
Removed Q aura, added in a ministun with a slow.
Actually made Pouncing Tiger do some damage, slightly reduced distance.
Clarified that Vigor is innate, you do not need the actual skill to use it with other abilities.
Vigor in its current is similar to Fury Swipes, except instead of a debuff to the enemy its a buff to you. Think of it more like Fervor. I would increase the cap, but I don't find it conceivable that someone would hit another hero more than 25 times in a row often. I'll look into it and see how much of a difference it would make. Also, thanks for the welcome!
Aww, people nowadays are so nice to each other. When I first joined no one greeted me :(
That aside, welcome to the club as well! I will try my best to give you good suggestion instead of harsh comments seeing that this is your first idea and that you say you're still toying with this.
So, I am interested in this hero idea because of the vigor. I think it is supposed to be similar to Fervor or Fury Swipes, right? I would suggest that you reduce the maximum stacks. I mean, who can really survive 25 hits? Probably around 8-12 would be best. To compensate, you can increase the critical chance and damage, as well as the attack speed per stack. Because of that, I suppose that you should reduce the vigor gain from Pouncing Tiger and increase the overall effect of that skill.
The Enchanting Presence seems rather underwhelming for me, 25 attack speed reduction/increase is barely noticeable, except if you say it is a percentage amount. I suggest increasing the attack speed though rather than making it percentage.
As of the ultimate skill, it is pretty interesting, but again, 65 stacks? You'll die before you ever reach that many attacks. I suggest capping it at most 30 stacks with 2 stacks per attack. Damage and move speed might probably be more interesting if the boost increases from number of vigor stacks rather than pure amount.
So, another idea I had for the aura was to make it an active that costed all of your vigor, but gave every allied hero(including yourself) a damage buff based off of how much vigor you had. If I were to decrease the Vigor threshold to, say, 10, then it would probably last 5/6/7/8 seconds and grant 1/2/3/4 damage per vigor spent. Or it could buff attack speed, and grant 3/4/5/6 attack speed per vigor spent, or something. Vigor would likely be a built-in passive, much like Silencers ability to steal int or Earth Spirits ability to summon remnants.
Or I could buff it slightly, but not much. It creates a 50 attack speed difference between dire and radiant teams, while Inner Beast creates a 45 attack speed difference. Of course Inner Beast synergizes better with Beastmaster, but honestly I think its fine the way it is. It could also be changed so its stronger but only affects heroes.
As for the changes to the ult, I agree. Ill think of giving the ult a rework, with it slightly raising the maximum stack amount and not granting more stacks per hit, while giving a scaling effect to the movespeed and attack damage.
Oh Yzreel, nobody ever welcomed us. You should know tht by now ;)
In all seriousness, I like the idea of this hero. The amount of stacks for her ulti and for fervour still need a bit of tweaking, and the aura...Doesn't scale at all into late game. 25 Isn't that much when people start getting Mjollnir's and Assault Cuirass.
Okay, made some changes. I decided to do away with the whole aura, and replaced it with a mini-stun and slow ability. I also changed vigor so it would be easier to build up maximum stacks.
One question, what are your opinions on her stats? Should I change them at all, or are they good?
This is a creative idea which is surprisingly balanced for a first draft. My only issue lies with Graceful Strike. Being based on Vigor is fine, but with full stacks of Vigor you could slow an enemy for four seconds by 40% and do 400 damage on top of that, then while they're slowed you could most likely crit them a couple times. I don't like the "Q" "E" combo being an easy kill. The other skills are fine though.
