HI guys sorry for the delay but were here now and Up next is ... THE FINALLSSSSS WOOOOOO big things now we have the results and the judging also.

SO were finally here. Finals. starting this coming monday i will post a thread with the theme's and members with 10 days for creation and 2 days for judging with the results on the 7th of August!!!

you have done it in an orginal way. the skills are nice and the ideas behind them are well thought out and different.
not full points because your draw a lot of ideas from differing areas but you use them in a unique and orginal way. wp

reason- very very very powerful hero. push Aoe lock down and team sustain.
i would have given more points if his [w] was less broken for pushing and teamfights. if placing a server took a build time or a activation time
then it would be more balanced but you dont mention that at all so i deducted some points there.
His [w] doesnt mention anything about duration. i would feel it would be more balanced if there was a hit number or duration. like the bonus damage only lasted for 4-5 hits.
this guy sven and magnus or ds or ps or anything just is very very scary. plus with maybe a creep wave or two your laning phase is won is seconds.
now combine that with his ultimate and yea. quite strong hero that is dangerous in a deathball strat, hes like fight us and die or dont and lose towers

reason- i was so close to giving full points but i just couldnt. this hero would be so viable if he had an active that helped in lane but he doesnt he is just a xp sapper that aids his friends. and he requires a lot of set up before fights.
if you made general repairs a passive that gives bonuses over time or i dont know maybe a active that slowed people in a aoe like "hammer throw"or something then maybe he would be more viable but he just falls shot of full viability.
bit to complex for viability atm.

reason- so close to being viable but a lot of reworking needs to be done. stats and percentages and amount other things. his w is broken and needs thinking about. him and bristle back are .... scary to think about. close and well done but just a tab broken.

reason- just everything was, so well thought out. distances and damage amounts, mana costs and stats. u nearly got full points but the SHoot amounts were just "slightly" off. if it was a tad more damage per hit the maan cost and buildup and worth it. if u had made in 60% imo it would be perfect. wp

reason- i want to talk heaps about this but honestly everything was amazing BUT one thing so i didnt give full points.
EMP ball is just too strong. WAY WAY to strong. remove the mini stun and change the duration when refreshed. apart frm that. wp wp wp.

Few words:
-orginality
Points were mostly subtracted because of this hero's skills and lore bearing quite the resemblance to Ancient Apparition(lore-wise, he is an old icy guy who wants to end/capture the world as well), and his skills remind me of Spirits, Gravekeeper's Cloak and ulti is somewhat like Pulse Nova or Exorcism. Not like it's a bad thing, but I obviously can't rate this with max points.
-viability
A fat*** scaling AOE nuker is always viable, but the trick is to not make him too viable if you know what I mean. Rime has a potential to be a very dangerous spell, especially with 6 second cd and passive cast, combined with his W and ulti it's basically a free tower every time his ulti is off cd, like with Death Prophet... but yo can't focus this hero as fast as you can focus Krobelus, because of that passive... I don't know, I hate this paper theorycrafting because text doto and real doto are 2 completely different games, I have to play a few games with the hero to come to any more-or-less trustworthy conclusions, but... yeah, I can't, its just an idea. So I'll go Hamster's way I guess.

Like, seriously, where? Not a core role for sure, unless you run that 20 min deathball start which is outdated, all of this hero's skills are strictly supportive in nature.
But as a support she is too passive. Think Omniknoght, but Omni at least can nuke fairly well in certain situations, and heal rapidly.
This hero, on contrary, provides no utility but a 6 second slow which is perfect for first blood, but nothing more.
I don't know, seems like you can't lane her other than in a trilane with a strong support to do most of the job, and trilanes suck in this patch(and I never liked them in general).

Few words:

No reason to not give max points for this, unique enough to not remind anyone of 110 already existing heroes, and fits the theme(I guess, I'm not into all that Dota lore stuff).
-viability
This is where problems begin. His Q is questionable, no problems with lane creeps, but Necro's can be a problem, you get 1k hp 9 armor melee creep who can taunt and which you have control over, an you can also get HotD and heal your tower to full hp in less than a minute. His W is straight out op, get Smoke of Deceit, get a Quelling Blade, go destroy enemy wards. Also it's impossible to play invis heroes vs this, as his True sight radius is more than twice the radius of Gem of True Sight. And unobstructed vision allows for ez jungle ganks, as you can easily deward here and gank later. E is not a biggie, mana restoration is overtime effect anyway. His ulti and morphed spells would be fine, but... this hero can do too much. He can easily deward any time he wants, and get away with it due to best vision in the game, him with ulti + 1 is an easiest gank of your life, he can easily push as well, and his E2 is actually OP. This is all provided he has levels, but he should be core anyway, and Hand of Midas would be as useful on him as it is on Invoker(as much as I dislike this item, there are 2 heroes I would build it on 99% of the time). Again, it is all on paper, and provided he has levels, but still, this hero is not fine balance-wise.

Again, nice idea, though it has been used quite a lot, and all of his spells are basically a nukes with varying side effects, so I can't give it a full mark.
-viability
You did some analysis yourself, but this hero seems pretty inferior to Zeus or Lina, like it's something in the middle, but worse than them, because he has no AOE and his way to pierce BKB is pretty meh in fights, though it is great if you have caught a BKB carier in a gank. I would only pick this hero as a support(cause all of his nukes are single target so there's no reason to make him a core) versus the likes of Spectre or Bristleback just for that Break. Get Glimmer Cape, sneak in, cast your spells. Or maybe run him as a ganking core with fast Shadow Blade. Anyway, this is all questionable and we'll never know until we try this in a gam

The image he presented has some similarity with Ancient Apparition
The lore is rather close to Ancient Apparition
Damage amplification is really boring and already seen. Not to mention this damage amplification has 7 seconds duration and 8 seconds cooldown. Not cool Timmy. Not cool.
Getting damage on other spells from intelligence can be really OP since, if I understood correctly, you’ll get 0.7 damage for each point of intelligence on your abilities. That with 20% amplification and here we have the maximum damage of his ultimate if he has Orchid Malevolence:
((110 + (200 * 0.7)) * (1 + 0.20) * (1 + 0.30)) * 20 = 1 950 + 3 600 + 750 = 6 300
Consider that it also slows and stuns
On the thread he says that maximum damage only 2 200 though, really low on the other hand, given its potential damage.

The vision thingy might be a tad bit OP, since vision is really crucial and that basically allows you to see everyone as if you were a good ward :^)
Really focused around your and enemies’ mana. Only proper mana usage, this hero can be something

The ultimate seems really well thought and it can be easily shutdowned if it is a problem since you probably will be focusing around intelligence and mana regen rather than survivability considering your costs and the fact that you are more supporty.
Buffs are very team dependent, making this hero viable in most cases if your team can use the buffs, which they usually can.
that **** head aint using the signature I made him so -20 for both categories

The abilities are very well thought and have very different usages.
The abilities’ synergy seems a tad bit overthought though
