6 - 8 pudge saying our team was "noobs" when we were all fairly good but we were just losing. I told him to stop calling us noobs and stop bragging but he said "Is someone mad because they noob?" Reported instantly. The funny thin is the Timbersaw was doing all the work, Pudge was just sitting around hooking from the trees.
Got called a noob for wasting Lions Finger on an opponent who was near full health. The person who called me a noob was our Morphling who pretty much farmed all game.
I morphed the enemy into a fish and stunned him before hand.
Most of the game I was setting up hook kills for our Pudge. By games end, our Pudge was FAT!!! He had over 30 kills, was fully six slotted, and literally had enough money to buy two rapiers.
Tide passive has 100% block, at level 4 and it also dispells debuffs with less damage taken the more you level it. Oh and it doesnt cost 2k.
I know Tide passive is better... but since he already bought it, it's better not to spend 3 more skill points in it... btw, if they have both, which one overrides the other?
Yesterday our team was Spectre, Lone Druid, Legion Commander, and Slardar, so I went ahead and grabbed Jakiro as our only support. Luckily the other team (who actually had a really good lineup) fed Spectre and I up top for 4 easy kills in about 6 mins, so we got nice and fat.
Our Slardar, however, ended up having brown boots and a Vanguard at like 17 mins. I told him he should have gotten a blink instead since he was our initiator and he said "nah you go Vanguard then BKB on this hero". It was least played, so I guess I should cut him some slack.. Plus everyone on the team dominated so I can't be that upset. He never upped it to a Crimson Guard though.

Then the other day I was playing as Tidehunter and was laning with an Abaddon who was playing.. support? He pretty much just stood around the whole game and never bought a ward. ANYWAY. His first item against a team of Magnus, Night Stalker, Wraith King, Phantom Lancer, and Shadow Shaman was.... a Pipe of Insight. I tried to explain that he should make a Mek because they have almost no magic damage to speak of aside from Magnus and all he said was "Mek?". So Idk. But then I tried getting Axe to turn his Vanguard into a Crimson Guard and he just plain refused, even when he had plenty of gold. Then good ol' Abaddon asked what he should buy (after I've been giving suggestions all game) and I said a Scepter since there were a ton of teamfights and it was a good pickup. Instead he just bought a heart. It didn't even help because they just focused him last once he got it.
Why are people so resistant to get a Crimson Guard? It's a really good item, especially when you ALREADY HAVE A VANGUARD.
