Have to agree with most of the opinions on here - in some ways a surrender option would be nice, but unfortunately I think the abuse of it would outweigh the potential benefits. Comebacks do occur when you seem to be getting your arses kicked early game, hell if you can hold barracks long enough you almost always have a chance.
There's also games where you are well and truly boned and it's just a matter of time unless the whole enemy team want to buy Divine Rapiers and dive your fountain a few times. A bit of fountain trolling can be fun, but it's pretty poor form to keep doing it for too long.
Tbh I find the best way to "surrender" is to go and play in the trees - if you stop fighting back people tend to lose interest pretty rapidly and go for the win. It doesn't help when you get "go end, finish fast" and then the opposition keep defending - although I think you're always entitled to fight back if they try and fountain camp :)
