Lately i started to spam Jugg, i pick him first in every rank and adopt my skill and item build accordingly, based on the picks, and i have a decent win rate.
What heroes are the same as Jugg? I mean, that you can pick first, people to counter you hard, and with a well made build and good plays to actually win the game. Who are those heroes and why?
Most heroes you can firstpick are either supports or very strong cores in the current meta that are so good(if the rest of the team pick good heroes too) they can't really be countered.
Dimony is right. Counterpicking is especially important only if you have a core on which you are relying way too much and that can't play properly from behind (someone like Meepo). Otherwise, most strong independent cores are good to go, and same goes for supports - it really depends more on the team draft as a whole, and your execution of it.
Anyway in ranked if you're lucky you'll get nice people that respect the draft, so they won't mind picking supports and the offlaner first, and leave the core pick for later, so that you can prevent some degree of counterpicking :)
I don't particularly agree that any hero is 'uncounterable', but you're right that some don't have direct counters, or are flexible enough to make them difficult to pin down.
For example, I'd say Juggernaut is weaker against:
But yeah, none of those things shut him down completely.
On supports - there are plenty of nasty counters to specific ones...but any team playing to counter the enemy supports has it's priorities wrong.
Certainly though, I'd try to pick say an offlaner that's strong or at least resistant to their safelane support(s). Perhaps have good answers to their team fight.
Having to deal with the 'invisibility tax' for any supports is pretty horrible. I'd also suggest Pugna is pretty horrible if you have high mana costs like Enigma, Skywrath Mage, Lina, Lich etc.

To answer the original question, I'd also throw in the likes of Invoker (he has few direct counters), Mirana, Slark, Viper. Plenty of others.
