Its ok...you think i might be kappanating
I already got the response anyways.

ANYWHOOO,
How do you draft a 4p1 so they dont know you are going that road?
I mean your pick/ban, how is it done.
M relatively new to CM, played like 10 games as captain and some bozo player sneaked a FV-SM-disruptor combo on me without letting me know(even when he did pick FV first).
DAMN.
Go On, Feed Me.

kinda difficult but

top tiers usually first.for bans and picks.maybe a fv or medusa ban unless u want it.

so tide and ET picks bans

then u want your impact support or pos 5 then ur pick/bans should be HC specific and strat specific

so pugna leshrac dp are good.

silencer is a must atm so stronk mid game when you are in a team.(not so much pubs *no co-ordination*)

picks 3-4 should be a counter usually support pos 4 (so sky into a brew pick and the like) and a strat specific core pick.
so 4p1 means like a dazzle or ogre or sky and then the strat specific would be your mid or HC.

the your last ban would be what they need so if they are missing a position then you look at what one and what heroes work the best for them and ban it.

then you look at your last pick.

usually ends up being a mid or HC

this is where drafts can be made or broken.

pick what you think is best ....UDGGGGEEEEE FTW LOL JKS NOT REALLY COME AT ME BRAH!

na but serial ... 5th picks hurt

5th picks are your physiological punchthey either put the thought

"oh ****" int their heads

or you lost that edge :(

nothing worse then seeing the 5th pick being something that blindsided you and ruins your strat.

I WILL DESTROY YOU ALL.... WITH FLUFFY BUNNIES

5th pick Brood, always messes me up!

I feel most of these posts can be answered with "Kinda depends..."

I think one of the most important things, covered by others already, is a mid that is either a semi-carry or who can snowball. If they win the lane it often doesn't matter too much what happens elsewhere, they cause a lot of problems with the other 3 while the #1 get's his farm on.

Look at S4. He is endlessly causing trouble for the other team. Even when not playing the strongest heroes (in dps terms) he creates so much space. His puck is brutal. This was more important in his Alliance day's, but his is still the master of mid in my opinion. Dendi who?
